Request Tracker is the software EGA Helpdesk officers use for managing, replying and tracking all the tickets submitted by the users. Any communication sent to EGA Helpdesk is automatically given an identifier and assigned to the relevant and skilled engineer.
As duly shared with EGA users and announced in the website, EGA has recently migrated and upgraded the RT system. This huge work, undertaken during the weekend, has been completed and the activity can be deemed as normally resumed.
