Array-based
The EGA accepts data from all types of array based technologies, such as genotypes, gene expression, methylations, etc.
We are very flexible regarding these submissions and would happily accept all types of files affiliated to the array experiment, which have been used to support the publication.
We recommend that both raw data (IDATs, CELs, final reports) and any analysis files be submitted, which will enable potential users of the data to recreate your results cited in the paper as well as view the described results. The EGA also archives any associated phenotype information.
Contact the EGA Helpdesk if you have any concerns regarding the data you will be submitting.
