EGAD00001006048	ChIP-seq was performed for the following histone modifications in both megakaryocytes and granulocytes: H3K27ac, H3K4me2, and H3K36me3. ChIP-seq was performed for H3K27me3 and CTCF in megakaryocytes only. All ChIP experiments consist of n=3 replicates for each of QPD and Control, with the exception of control granulocyte H3K4me2 for which only n=2 replicates were performed. 4C-seq datasets consist of 2 viewpoints (PLAU promoter and an intergenic enhancer), profiled in megakaryocytes from n=2 controls and n=4 QPD.
