Bronchial biopsy and PBMC single-cell RNA and TCR sequencing dataset

This controlled-access dataset contains raw single-cell RNA-sequencing and paired T cell receptor sequencing data from bronchial biopsy and peripheral blood samples collected in the UCLH bronchoscopy surveillance study. The dataset comprises 24 registered biological samples and 58 sequencing runs, including 10x Genomics gene expression and TCR V(D)J libraries. Data are provided as encrypted paired-end Illumina FASTQ files and include normal bronchial tissue, pre-invasive squamous lesions and matched peripheral blood samples.

UCL Lung PCA data sharing policy

Access to published datasets is available through University College London (UCL), subject to the submission of a written application and a signed Data Access Agreement (DAA). All applications are reviewed by the Lung PCA Data Access Committee (DAC), which evaluates whether the proposed research aligns with participant consent and serves an appropriate scientific purpose.
