Longitudinal pre-diagnosis SUMMIT bulk T cell receptor sequencing

This controlled-access dataset contains bulk T cell receptor beta repertoire sequencing data from longitudinal peripheral blood samples collected from five SUMMIT participants before lung cancer diagnosis. Samples were collected at Y0, 3-month and Y1 timepoints where available and profiled using targeted TCRβ amplicon sequencing from genomic DNA. The dataset comprises paired-end Illumina FASTQ files representing 12 currently available public aliquots and 24 sequencing runs.

SUMMIT data availability

UCL allows access to published datasets derived by UCL from the SUMMIT study upon written application and signature of a Data Access Agreement (DAA) being in place. Applications require approval by the SUMMIT Data Access Committee (DAC), who assess whether the proposed work is allowed given participant consent, as well as the scientific purpose. Requestors will be provided with a data access form upon contact with the SUMMIT DAC.
