Understand Paratyphoid Disease host responses to human challenge with S Paratyphi A

Study ID Alternative Stable ID Type
EGAS00001001260 Transcriptome Analysis

Study Description

This project aims to evaluate the transcriptional response to disease measured in whole blood of participants who developed enteric fever after challenge and, importantly, those who were challenged but stayed well throughout the challenge period. This data will provide unique coverage of the transcriptome and will yield invaluable insight after integration with a wealth of clinical data collected during this trial. This data is part of a pre-publication release. For information on the proper use of pre-publication data shared by the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (including details of any publication moratoria), please see http://www.sanger.ac.uk/datasharing/
