Study Description
In this study we will compare the single cell transcriptomes of immune cells from asthmatics responding to steroids, those refractory to steroids, and a control population.This data is part of a pre-publication release. Bronchoscopies were collected from healthy and asthma volunteers. Cohort inclusion criteria for all subjects were: age between 40 – 65 years and history of smoking < 10 pack years.
