Genomic analysis of high-risk prostate cancer.

Whole genome sequencing analysis of high risk localised primary prostate cancer samples including metastatic samples was performed across 153 tumour samples with matching germline sequencing (whole blood). Samples were all fresh frozen frozen section confirmed tumour specimens and associated clinical and pathological metadata is available for these specimens.
