Exome-sequencing of paired docetaxel sensitive and resistant triple-negative breast cancer
Taxane-based regimens constitute the most common therapeutic option in patients with triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). Resistance to treatment often arises although the molecular mechanisms responsible for this process are unknown. To unravel chemoresistance mechanisms, exome sequencing was performed on matched docetaxel sensitive and resistant TNBC patient-derived xenografts (PDX).
