RNA-seq of Ewing sarcoma tumors (ICGC)

Ewing sarcoma (ES) is a primary bone tumor initiated by an EWSR1-ETS gene fusion. To characterize the transcriptome of Ewing sarcoma, RNA-seq was performed.
