Study Description
Evaluation of quadruplex ddPCR-based copy number assessment in blood plasma samples paired with genomic DNA from the corresponding primary neuroblastoma from three patients and comparison with copy numbers determined by duplex and triplex ddPCR and re-analyzed from whole-exome sequencing (WES) data.
