These data were compared with healthy age-matched untrained controls (7 men, 8 women).

These data were compared with healthy age-matched untrained controls (7 men, 8 women). All 40 samples were then multiplexed in 1 lane and sequenced (2x50bp paired end) on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
