EGAD00001006458	Whole genome sequencing was performed on 24 patients (tumor DNA paired to constitutional DNA). WGS libraries were subjected to paired-end (2 x 100 bp) sequencing on NovaSeq (Illumina). The 96 files are in FASTQ format.		48
