Leukemia stem cell containing fractions

ATAC-seq performed on leukemic stem cell fractions with different engraftment potential. Leukemic cells were sorted out of Acute Myeloid Leukemia patient samples based on CD34/CD38 status. Samples were annotated based on an independent engraftment assay in mice as LSC+ (engrafting) and LSC- (not engrafting). Omni-ATAC-seq was carried out to compute differential enrichment of transposable elements in chromatin accessible regions.
