WGS bam

We established 21 patient-derived pHGG orthotopic xenograft (PDOX) models and eight matched cell lines from diverse groups of pHGG. Here are all available Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) data from patient tumor, PDOX, and cell lines from our study.
