Study Description
To understand the molecular determinants that underpin the clinical heterogeneity of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) we carried out whole-exome sequencing (WES) of stage T1 bladder tumours to identify prognostic biomarkers and novel therapeutic targets. The study includes paired tumour/blood samples of 58 T1 stage bladder cancer patients.
