334 biopsy-confirmed membranous nephropathy (MN) cases and 349 ethnically matched healthy controls: the British cohort of the Stanescu et al., 2011 GWAS. Genotyped and imputed region of interest on chromosome 2 (hg19 chr2:160500000-161500000), as used to determine Neanderthal introgression near the PLA2R1 MN risk locus (lead SNP: rs4664308).
