Pan-cancer MSI and Lynch syndrome

This study comprises genome-wide SNP genotyping data generated from 24 human samples using the Illumina Global Screening Array (GSA) platform. Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood samples and processed according to the manufacturer’s protocol. Genotyping was performed using the Infinium assay, producing raw intensity data in IDAT format.
