Single cell RNA sequencing on failed heart from HF patients

To explore the transcriptome profile of cells in heart failure patients, we isolated single cells from patient’ heart undergoing heart transplantation. The 3’ expression library was generated with Chromium Single Cell 3’ Library, Gel Dead & multiplex kit and Chip Kit (v3, 10x Genomics). After sequencing with Illumina Hiseq4000 and data analysis, we identified the major cell composition in heart failure and the sub-cell types specific in different types of heart disease.
