Multi-omics characterisation of the response to stimulation in Long Covid patients

We stimulated immune cells of 15 patients (5 timepoints) with Long Covid with RPMI or P. Aeruginosa strains (4h stimulations).

Single nuclei libraries are genetically multiplexed across donors, genotype files are available to enable demultiplexing.
