Longitudinal dynamics of gene expression and metabolomics in an aging population cohort

The MultiMuTHER study is a longitudinal study of 335 subjects seen at three or more clinical visits per participant. The MultiMuTHER study has: (1) identified genes and metabolites whose levels in whole blood changed over time (2) assessed the impact of environmental factors on molecular traits (3) investigated the cross-sectional and longitudinal relationships between genes and metabolites.
