nanoCUSA
This study aims to provide raw nanopoore sequencing data from tumor samples obtained during neurosurgery using a Cavitating Ultrasonic Aspirator. Acquired data with a subsequent neural network classifier with nanopore-specific diagnostic score thresholds assures high specificity while achieving acceptable sensitivity.
