CSF and PBMC scRNAseq RRMS patients at diagnostic n=5

To get insights about immune cells infiltrating cells the CSF of RRMS patients (n=5), we proceed to 10X scRNAseq of paired CSF and blood circulating cells (about 20000 cells each) sampled at diagnostic.
