Excised DNA Circles from V(D)J Recombination Promote Relapsed Leukaemia
In this study, we show that ecDNAs generated from V(D)J recombination replicate and persist through many cell generations. High ecDNA copies at diagnosis of B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia strongly correlate with subsequent relapse.
