RNAseq of 12q-amplified osteosarcomas
RNA-seq of 12q-amplified osteosarcomas for detection of gene fusions and gene expression analysis. RNA-seq was used to look for novel gene fusions and promoter swapping events, and study the expression levels of identified 3' partners. Additionally, global gene expression patterns were used to separate cases into clusters.
