scRNAseq + TCRseq of n-irAE patients

Here we performed multimodal analysis (5'scRNAseq and TCR-seq) on PBMCs from cancer patients developing or not neurological adverse events (n-irAEs) following immune checkpoint inhibition (ICI) treatment.
