MDS 5q exomes

This project aimed to study the somatic alterations present in myelodysplastic syndromes patient with isolated chromosome 5q deletion. It was emphasized in analysing TP53 alterations, including mutations and copy number alterations affecting chromosome 17. Exome data from five patients that were included in this project are shared in this submission.
