HELIUS 16S follow-up H2

The HELIUS cohort is a longitudinal multi-ethnic population-based cohort study in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This dataset includes 16S rRNA sequencing data of fecal samples of a subset of about 3000 participants, that attended the 6-year follow-up visit of the HELIUS cohort. These visits took place between 2019 and 2022.
