Transcriptomics profiling of paired pre- and post- neo-adjuvant endocrine therapy of ERa positive breast cancers

Patients were treated with aromatase inhibitors for up to three months before surgical removal of the primary tumor. Sampling was performed at diagnosis and at surgery, and RNA-seq was performed.
