Exome sequencing study of cells derived from QHJI14s04 human iPSC secondary cell stock

Genomic abnormalities of cells used in regenerative medicine should be checked. This study evaluates variants on coding sequences of cells derived from QHJI14s04 human iPSC secondary cell stock. Here we conducted whole exome sequence of three vials from the stock.
