PBAT sequencing of naïve human ESCs
This project investigates the DNA methylation landscape of naïve human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) derived from human embryos, assessing the impact of ERK inhibition (ERKi). Naïve ESCs were cultured in UXGL or PXGL media. Post bisulphite adaptor tagging protocol was used to profile genome-wide DNA methylation.
