APC-related multiple salivary gland lesions

This study aims to investigate the genetic and molecular mechanisms underlying a novel phenotype of attenuated familial adenomatous polyposis (AFAP), where affected individuals develop multiple salivary gland tumours, including basal cell adenomas and adenocarcinomas.
