NFE2 and PF4 as Translational Biomarkers for BET Inhibition-Induced Thrombocytopenia in Preclinical and Clinical Studies
Blood samples from patients treated with BMS-986158 were investigated for association with thrombocytopenia following BET inhibition. Hypotheses of translational biomarkers for early prediction of thrombocytopenia associated with BET inhibition were explored.
