Circulating Immune cells in IMIDs from DoCTIS Project

PBMCs from 184 patients with six immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs)—rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), psoriasis (PS), ulcerative colitis (UC), Crohn’s disease (CD), and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE)— were profiled in the European Project DoCTIS using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). Multiplexed libraries were generated by pooling samples from eight donors per library.
