Clinical Utility of Breast cancer Research by Inocras, Catholic university hospital and Samsung medical center

Breast cancer remains a major global challenge. To comprehensively characterize its genomic landscape and clinical significance, we analyzed whole genome sequences from 1,364 clinically annotated breast cancers, integrating transcriptome data from most of the tumors.
