10x Genomics FLEX single cell RNA-seq of three intestinal tissues and peripheral blood from a healthy donor

Fixed single cell RNA-seq of terminal ileum (IL), transverse colon (TC), rectum (RE), leukocytes (BL) collected from a healthy donor. The biopsies were firstly fixed with 4% formaldehyde to preserve fragile cell populations like epithelial cells and neutrophils. Transcriptome was obtained using a probe hybridization to detect 18,099 human mRNA. Transcriptome information from 6,948 (IL), 4,448 (TC), 5,271 (RE) and 6,883 (BL) single cells were obtained.
