Transcriptional and epigenetic profiling of bone marrow blood progenitors across age

Bone marrow from donors without known malignancy was isolated and CD34-enriched, FACS-purified to further enrich for CD34+CD38- primitive cells, and then profiled by single-cell 10X genomics chromium Multiome (RNA+ATAC).
