Integrated analysis of targeted DNAseq and RNAseq on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of hip replacement surgery patients

Patient samples were collected from individuals undergoing elective femoral head replacement surgery. Eligible participants were aged >50 years, classified as otherwise healthy, and able to provide written informed consent. Exclusion criteria were trauma-related femoral hip replacement and any known hematological malignancy.
