Cellular Analysis of Resistance and Evolution (CARE) IDH-mutant glioma dataset

In IDH-mutant glioma, genetic evolution and cellular heterogeneity across and within tumors may drive therapeutic resistance. Here, we analyzed 35 longitudinal patients by single-nucleus RNA-sequencing with a subset also characterized by bulk tumor DNA sequencing to better understand IDH-mutant glioma evolution.
