Oral microbiome metagenomic sequencing - Human Phenotype Project (HPP)

This study characterizes the oral microbiome of participants enrolled in the Weizmann Institute Human Phenotype Project (HPP), a longitudinal cohort study. Oral swab samples were collected and subjected to shallow whole-genome sequencing using the Gencove low-pass sequencing platform. Raw reads include residual human host sequences in addition to microbial sequences. The dataset comprises metagenomic FASTQ files from [N] participants. Data access is restricted in accordance with participant informed consent and Weizmann IRB approval
