Whole Exome Sequencing of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Patients in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia

This study presents whole exome sequencing (WES) data from 20 Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) patients. Samples represent diverse histopathological subtypes including Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Follicular Lymphoma, and other NHL variants. Both nodal and extranodal disease origins are represented. Sequencing was performed to investigate the genomic landscape of NHL in a Saudi Arabian patient cohort.
