Expression profiles of DLL1 positive and negative subpopulations in metastatic colorectal cancer organoids under cetuximab treatment

Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) organoids subjected to cetuximab treatment and FACS-sorted according to DLL1 positivity. This study is part of a larger set of studies focused on investigating cetuximab induced populations in mCRC organoids
