Long-read Nanopore and Ion Torrent sequencing data for BRCA1/2 variant detection

This dataset contains long-read sequencing data generated using Oxford Nanopore Technologies for the analysis of BRCA1 and BRCA2 variants in individuals referred for hereditary breast cancer genetic testing. The study includes samples previously analyzed using Ion Torrent sequencing, enabling comparison between short-read and long-read sequencing approaches.
