EGAD50000002666	Sequencing was performed on the NovaSeq 6000 platform by Illumina using 2 × 150 bp paired-end chemistry. For each fecal sample, three output files were generated: forward paired-end reads, reverse paired-end reads, and unpaired singleton reads. Raw reads underwent a comprehensive quality-control pipeline including adapter trimming, quality filtering, host-origin filtering to remove human-derived reads, error correction, and duplicate read removal.
