Neutrophil myeloperoxidase as a functional biomarker for RSV severity: implications for in vitro therapeutic screening

This study investigates gene expression profiles in neutrophils from healthy adult donors using RNA sequencing. The aim is to define baseline transcriptional variation in circulating neutrophils. Samples were collected from peripheral blood and processed under standardised conditions. The dataset provides a reference for studies of immune function and inflammatory disease.
