Spatial Transcriptomics of Pulmonary Vascular Remodelling in IPAH

This study uses NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling to investigate spatial transcriptomic changes in pulmonary vessels from idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH) lungs compared with healthy controls. FFPE lung tissue sections from 5 IPAH patients and 6 control donors were profiled to identify disease-associated molecular pathways and cellular programs involved in pulmonary vascular remodeling.
