EGAD50000002869	This dataset contains raw paired-end whole-exome sequencing (WES) FASTQ files generated from plasma-derived cell-free DNA (cfDNA) collected from a patient with classical Hodgkin lymphoma before pembrolizumab treatment and at the time of relapse, together with a matched normal sample. Libraries were prepared using a whole-exome capture kit and sequenced on the Element AVITI platform to generate 2 × 150 bp paired-end reads.
