PEGASUS cohort transcriptomic profiling
This study characterizes the transcriptomic landscape of FFPE tumor tissue samples from the PEGASUS colorectal cancer cohort using Digital mRNA-seq (NEGEDIA, Next Generation Diagnostic srl). Libraries were sequenced single-end on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000.
