Phenomic and multiomic characterisation of microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer reveals novel biology and targets of vulnerability (COLOSSUS project): metastatic (m)CRC cohort

This dataset contains bulk RNA sequencing samples (n = 111) and low-coverage whole-genome sequencing (n = 113). Primary tumour samples were retrospectively obtained from colorectal cancer patients who developed metastatic colorectal cancer (stage 4), for whom tissue from the primary tumour was available.
