Phenomic and multiomic characterisation of microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer reveals novel biology and targets of vulnerability (COLOSSUS project): Stage (St) 2/3 CRC cohort

This dataset contains bulk RNA sequencing (n = 184), low-coverage whole-genome sequencing (n = 182) and whole-exome sequencing (n = 88) data. Primary tumour samples were obtained from colorectal cancer patients with stage 2 / 3 disease.
